Your set is checked against its component list and securely packed. Keep the packaging for return and record receiving and repacking videos.
Cleaning & preparation
Each set is inspected, cleaned and UV-sterilized before dispatch. Tell us about sensitivities and follow the supplied care instructions.
Clear booking terms
Your written confirmation records the pieces, dates, rental fee, refundable deposit and return deadline. Eligible refunds are initiated within 24 hours after inspection.

Answers to the questions we hear most about our current jewellery rentals.
How do I reserve a piece?
Choose a product, add it to your wardrobe and send a request with your name, mobile, event date, occasion and city. Our team checks the exact set and dates, then shares a written booking summary. Your request becomes a confirmed reservation only after our confirmation and the agreed payment.
How long is the jewellery rental?
Our current jewellery rentals run for three days: Day 1 is delivery or pickup, Day 2 is your event, and Day 3 is return by 12 PM. Any extension must be agreed before the return deadline.
What is included in the rental?
Each product page lists the exact pieces, rental fee and refundable deposit. Styling guidance, protective packaging and cleaning are included. Standard doorstep delivery and pickup are free across Delhi/NCR.
When will I receive my deposit back?
The deposit is fully refundable when every piece returns in the agreed condition. We initiate the refund within 24 hours after return inspection. Your bank or UPI provider may need additional processing time.
Do I pay when I submit a request?
No payment is collected on this website. The final request total includes the refundable deposit. Our team verifies availability, confirms the details in writing and shares payment instructions separately.
Can you deliver outside Delhi/NCR?
Requests outside Delhi/NCR depend on serviceability, transit time and the return plan. We confirm any additional delivery charge before you book.
How is the jewellery prepared?
Every set is inspected, cleaned, UV-sterilized and carefully packaged before handover. Avoid water, perfume, hairspray and liquid cleaners while wearing it. Tell us about any sensitivities before reserving; we cannot guarantee a reaction-free experience for every wearer.
Do I need to record an unboxing video?
Yes. Record one continuous, unedited video when opening the delivered set, and another while repacking all pieces for return. These records help confirm the items and their condition at both handovers.
What happens if something is damaged, missing or returned late?
Normal wear is distinguished from damage. Any repair or missing-piece deduction is explained using the checklist and condition records. A daily late fee is disclosed before booking; contact us before your deadline if you need an extension.
Can I cancel or change my date?
You can change or withdraw an unconfirmed request. After booking, date changes depend on availability. Cancellation terms are included in your written confirmation and client policies; review them before paying.
